Is there any situation where ADDvantage, an ADDvantage agent or ADDvantage licensee might earn the offered co-brokerage commission?

Commercial ADDvantage does offer sellers an option called Agent Activate. Sellers must opt in to this program, it's free and this program allows our agents to work all the un-represented buyer leads for the seller. In this case, an ADDvantage agent could earn the offered co-brokerage commission.
