Why doesn't an ADDvantage offer “list until you sell” deal like some other flat fee MLS companies?

Three reasons:
  1. After 1 year, an MLS listing is rather old.
  2. ADDvantage takes an active roll in selling their flat fee listed commercial property by answering the phone 8AM-8PM every day, marketing domestically and internationally…this costs money and we deliver.
  3. List until you sell offers aren't worth much without support.
